Next is the Venice Hub Shaper’s proposal on immigration, to get to know the refugees in our territory, for us to learn about them and them about us. The aim is to explore the diverse cultures of this one generation, the under 30s, that in the years to come will have to increasingly learn how to live together in the same territory.
The design, which is easily scaled to other European hubs, consists of educational days held at immigrant reception centres, where the Shapers will talk about responsible citizenship and social inclusion.

The Shapers share stories and successes of integration as they interact with the immigrants, who then themselves share their own stories, projects, and future aspirations
Know your new home
The Shapers coach the immigrants, focusing on responsible citizenship in the welcoming country:
- Civic education (the fundamental of the Constitutionand the Civil Code);
- Resource management (food and water);
- Money management (
pocket money); - Planning for your future.
